Service Description

Reiki is a healing technique based on the understanding that we are primarily energetic beings connected (as all else in existence) to Source energy - the physical body is simply the densest part of our entire being, so healing happens energetically first. The practitioner serves to channel Source energy into the clients bio-field to achieve energetic homeostasis by means of touch or gently stroking the energy field a few inches above / around the physical body to activate the natural healing processes of the clients body and restore physical and emotional well-being. I begin each session by praying to call in support from Source, the clients ancestors and spirit guides as well as the aid of my own ancestors and guides. I usually gently place or hover my hands on / over each energy center from Higher Crown (above the head) to Earth chakra (below the feet) to "feel out" and receive information from the clients energy field which informs me on the condition of the energy centers - areas of blocked, stagnant, low or over-active energy centers, channeling Source energy into the body through the centers to re-energize and fortify the energetic system, break up stagnant energy and cut cords draining energy from the client, and listen for inspired messages from the clients guides on what actions need to be taken to begin to resolve the issue(s). I typically also use natural crystals from the earth placed on and around the client as well as tuning forks to assist in energetic healing and alignment. Crystals are cleansed physically and energetically between each session. The session is closed by sealing the energy field. It's generally best to receive 3-5 Reiki treatments 2 -3 weeks apart. Once you notice improvement you can space out treatments to one month or six weeks apart or as you intuit is necessary. This service can be done with or without physical touch and is a full clothed service.
