To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do the courtesy of contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Deposit is non-refundable if schedule appointment canceled by client within (less than) the allowed 24 hours advance cancellation timeframe.

 

In the case of a late cancellation, a cancellation fee in the amount equal to 50% of the cost of the service booked will be charged minus the deposit amount.

 

This allows us to pay the therapist for their time and/or have the opportunity to schedule another client for that appointment time slot. Thank you
