Foot Detox & Reflexology Massage

Service Description

Clients are greeted with a pen and a journal and offered their choice of herbal tea. Enjoy a relaxing foot bath filled with soothing warm water and a detoxifying mix of dead sea salt and whole organic herbs which aid your body in its cleansing and eliminating processes. While soaking the feet for 15 minutes to allow the drawing action of the herbal soak mix to begin working, a stress relieving hand massage is offered. Next, a hand made, all natural, gentle exfoliating scrub is massaged onto the feet and legs to remove rough or dead skin, and promote blood circulation and lymph movement. The scrub is removed and reflexology massage performed on feet followed by gentle manual lymphatic drainage massage performed on legs and feet. Clients feet are allowed to soak for 5 more minutes. Feet & legs are rinsed, dried and moisturized. Clients are then invited to lie on a mat and place their feet up on the wall for 5 minutes +/- to help the lymph flow towards the elimination site. **Please dress comfortably in something that allows easy access to the feet and lower legs.
