Vibrational Sound Therapy utilizes musical instruments such as shakers / rattles, drums, bells, chimes, tuning forks and singing bowls placed on the body to create a combination of tones and vibrations that break up stagnancy and blockages in the energetic field (aura), help heal the energy bodies and produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system. When relaxing through soothing sound and vibration, your body is also affected on a cellular level, opening energy flow to move you back toward healthy alignment. Placing the therapeutic singing bowls directly on the body generates a vibration on the singing bowls, which creates physical vibration throughout the body. I also guide clients through a gentle breathwork meditation throughout the session to help clients relax, release and to enhance the healing effect of the vibrational sound therapy.
