We offer also : 90 min & 120 min Custom Massage After a reviewing the clients intake information, the client and therapist discuss the goals and plan of the massage session to target the clients unique needs, which may include components from various styles and modalities of massage and energy work such as : aromatherapy, hot stones; cupping therapy; myofascial release; PNF stretching; trigger point therapy; reflexology; Reiki; sound healing; etc. according to individual client needs. Clients are provided with a private changing area and are allowed to disrobe to their level of comfort under the massage table linens. The massage begins working area by area, uncovering and recovering each area as it proceeds. Breast tissue and genitals are not uncovered, exposed, touched or massaged. Client leaves the session with recommended stretches, exercises, practical postural and mechanical adjustments, & general wholistic lifestyle implementations that could improve the clients quality of life surrounding their specific areas of concern. This appointment allows for a full 60 minutes of hands on time. Plan to arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to allow for a couple of minutes to clarify anything from your intake form along with a few mins to use the restroom, etc. To expedite the intake process, please fill out the intake form online sent to you in the appointment confirmation email if you are a new client or if you are a current client whos medical history has changed since your last appointment.
